Hella Handmade Creations May Release Part 1

Hella Handmade Creations is rolling out their new format this month on May 14th-21st and with that comes a wider selection of polish! They have also made the sales of these polishes available to everyone, no longer requiring group membership. I'll be posting the polishes in parts as I receive and swatch them since there are a total of 17 polishes. Let's get started!

Number One Bee Girl
A golden-honey colored base with an orange to gold shifting shimmer (green at extreme angles) and holo flakes.

Shown is two coats with topcoat, formula was fantastic and the brush cannot be beat. It is super soft, rounded and flat, but not too wide for the smallest of my nails.






Emily de Molly
Light Rays
A steel blue holo with gold shimmer and silver micro glitters. The gold shimmer may give it a more green appearance in some lights.

Rich, beautiful green green. It doesn't lean yellow or blue, it is a right in the middle green. Two coats with topcoat, fantastic formula. Could be worn in one coat.

Full Multichrome that shifts blue, green to purple with linear and scattered holo and a sprinkle of bronze/silver/gold flake.

Our Lady of the Trees, named for Julia Wicker's ascension to goddess status in season 3 of the television show The Magicians, is a denim-leaning blue crelly base packed full of red/green shifting shimmer, red/green/gold/copper iridescent flakes, and scattered holographic pigment.

Beautifully done jelly flake packed with shimmer and shift. Two coats shown with topcoat, the easy to formula went on like a dream.

Loving the coppery sparks and shimmer in this polish, though difficult to capture with my camera it is definitely there. Two coats, topcoat, fantastic formula.

Trish has created a berry fun polish for Hella Handmade Creations (HHC) April launch which will be available on the Hella Handmade Creations website April 14th - 21st.

a berry base with red glow, filled with red holo glitters and chrome flakes





The flakes glow like embers in a fire! Two coats shown with topcoat. Application was great, the finish has some texture and may need two coats of topcoat.

Shimmer Me Box: Good Luck Charms/Symbols

The next Shimmer Me Box is Good Luck Charms/Symbols and is launching March 2 at http://nativewarpaints.com/. The box with guest, Femme Fatale, is packed with four shimmering polishes.

a pale lavender with grey undertones and a soft teal blue to purple shimmer

Tux Lucky Bug
a light purple crelly with dark blue ucc flakies, red shimmer, and red holo glitter
Two coats.






Colors By Llarowe Elephant Walk
an elephant grey base with gold to green shimmer and blue micro flake
Two coats. Might have gotten away with one, it is fairly opaque.






Native War Paints Mint to Be Lucky

Two coats. This is on the sheerer side, but I tend to paint thick coats and vnl is not noticeable in person.





The formulas of each were fantastic and easy to apply. See photos for number of coats, all were topped with KBShimmer topcoat.

I also did a gradient with the two greens and stamped over it. I quite like how it turned out!



I can't say I have a lucky charm or symbol, but I do carry a couple of coins my parents left for me. Do you have a lucky charm or symbol?
