Dreamland: Shake Your Shamrock

I am just now getting to wear Shake Your Shamrock from PPU's July rewind 2023. The shimmer in it is ethereal, like it's floating out above the polish. I think that the finer the particle, the more it does that. At least, that's my theory! I applied three coats and then KBShimmer's Clearly on Top topcoat for this mani.
Did you pick this one up too?

Nevermind: Fat Tuesday Duo

Nevermind Polish is bringing us a holo duo inspired by Mardi Gras. These launched already, so you can get them now!

Mardi Green
Vibrant green linear holographic

A slightly more grassy shade of green than a straight up lime shade. I'm loving it, what do ya'll think of it? It's opaque in three coats as shown and is smooth and easy to apply. I took one photo under a different light because it makes the holo rainbows just sing!

Purple Parade
Deep purple linear holographic

Super grapey and ya'll the blue flame in the holo is EVERYTHING. Hard to capture in photos. trust. :) Easy to apply, opaque in two coats. I also took a photo under that light that blings out the holo.

Some fun stamping! I used H La Cosadora polish to stamp and a design from their Fortune Cookie plate.

I added matte topcoat, and absolutely love it this way!

Victoria also sent her matte topcoat to me. It is called Matterial Girl and I tried it out on this polish and now it looks like a green quartz or granite of some kind!

Shown in photos is two coats, perfect formula and I can't do a Blush review without mentioning their super soft fan brush! Blush was the very first and only indie brand to offer this brush for several years. I'm super happy that is becoming more widely available! If you haven't experienced their brush, there's no time like the present!

Tonic: Creams

Tonic has created some new creams in four rich shades as well as a white! These are all available at https://www.tonicpolish.com/

xoxoJen's swatch of Tonic Creams

Clover is a deep, cool toned green cream.
Fantastic shade for St. Patrick's Day coming up soon - imagine this with gold or multichrome flake on top!

Crimson is a true cool toned red cream.
Beautiful shade, perfect for Valentine's and all of the patriotic holidays, as well as Christmas. I love a good blue-leaning red and this one fits the bill!

Ocean Eyes is a perfect cerulean blue cream.
Paired with the red and white would make for a patriotic look!

Optic is a pure, solid white cream.
A staple in most polish fanatics' stashes, great worn alone, as a base for a topper or nail art or paired up for a festive holiday look.

Water Marble is done with all four shades, using Optic as the base and in the marble. I was able to get 10 rings in a small glass cup for the marble. I did two different patterns for this look, one was dragged a little more than the other so you can see how it can be done with a sort of blended effect and a more crisp effect.

The formula for all of these was good. The white is quite opaque however; I used three coats to get it smoothed out. For all the other shades I used two coats. I really enjoyed the rich tones of each of these and hope that Lindsey will continue to make creams, I think she has a knack for it!
