Hearts & Promises: Halloween Trio

Hearts & Promises is releasing a colorful Halloween Trio this year on October 8 at 11am ct. The second chance sale for the BCA Box will also be in the shop at the same time!
Each polish is shown in two coats with topcoat and they all have a smooth and easy application.
