The Polish Pick Up theme for September is Horror Movies, and Ethereal brings us a flakie polish inspired by Friday the 13th.

Moonlit Machete
A moonlit tanzanite jelly base with a murderous mix of iridescent flakies, aurora shimmer and a large particle multichrome flake.
Inspired by Jason’s Moonlit kills and the ever present blood that glistens on his machete!

I wore two coats with topcoat, formula was good and as expected for a polish so packed with flake! (slightly thicker than a typical plain jelly polish)

Great Lakes Lacquer for Polish Pick Up: Redrum

The Polish Pick Up theme for September is Horror Movies, and Great Lakes Lacquer brings us a vampy red inspired by The Shining.

Redrum
An oxblood based linear holo filled with shifting magenta to orange shimmer and finished with holo microflake.

I can't even with this polish! The sparkle, the shift, the holo. ALL.THE.YES. I wore two coats with topcoat.






Look how it looks with flash! The pinks/magenta and holo really comes out to play.





And turned away from my bright studio lights the orange shimmer shows itself really well.

KBShimmer for Polish Pick Up: The One Soul

The Polish Pick Up theme for September is Horror Movies, and KBShimmer brings us a thermal polish inspired by Constantine.

The One Soul
A hauntingly muted mint green base that leans blue-gray sparks of shimmery turquoise and a hint of holo sparkle. Giving a nod to the horror aspect of the film, this shade is thermal and changes from a deep midnight to near black depending on how cold your hands are. This shade is best in 2-3 coats depending on nail length.
No cap.





I wore two coats with KBShimmer Clearly On Top topcoat. Horror movies aside, this would make for a fun Christmas or St. Pat's day mani!
While this may appear teal on your device, it is described by Christy as green. My photos do appear color accurate to me on my pc monitor and phone (GalaxyS8), just keep in mind that greens and teals both can be difficult to shoot with accuracy across all devices.
