Ever After and Great Lakes Lacquer have come together and created a collaborative trio debuting at Polish Con April 29th and will be available online afterward (date unknown).

Ever After's Dream: A vivid pool blue with shifting blue to pink/purple shimmer. I used 3 coats for photos, but you may be able to get away with two. Formula was good, no issues to report.





Great Lakes Lacquer's Shine: A delicate but bold pink with undertones of blue with a strong linear holo. I used 3 coats for photos, but you may be able to get away with two. Formula was good, no issues to report.





Also included in this collaboration is Ever After's Sparkle an apple scented cuticle crelly with delicate shimmer in the 2oz sized jar.

Shimmer Me Box: Tropical Vacation

Introducing a brand new collaborative box between three brands who will have one new guest brand each time the box launches. The Shimmer Me box will always contain polishes with a shimmer finish, and this very first box has a Tropical Vacation theme!
The very first box guest is Cupcake Polish and she's made a stunner, ya'll! Let's get right into it!



Hello Hibiscus- a cool berry red with blue to pink shifting shimmer.
An absolutely stunning polish, jam packed with sparkle and shimmer with a metallic finish! I wore two coats and topcoat, formula was easy to apply.





Sunset at the Beach - milky light aqua blue crelly base with red to copper shimmer and a sprinkling of holo for added sparkle.
An absolutely beautiful polish, reminiscent of the sunbeams sparkly on the ocean water. I wore two coats and topcoat, formula was easy to apply.





Bay Breeze - Red leaning coral with gold shimmer and micro glitter.
Although difficult to see in my photos, there is shimmer in there! It adds a depth and beauty to this polish. I wore two creamy coats and topcoat, formula was easy to apply.





Palm Trees and an Ocean Breeze. Teal tinted neon green with red, orange, yellow shifty shimmer.
Super bright green, like you might imagine tropical party themed decorations to be. I wore two coats and topcoat, formula was easy to apply.





I can't wear a bright green polish and not do some stamping! This is stamped with MDU stamping polish and my custom Vivid Lacquer plate VL043. The xoxo was created from my handwriting and the other design are bricks. Topcoat smears make me sad, but those are difficult to see in person - thank goodness!




The May 2017 Shimmer Me Box featuring Cupcake Polish will launch on 4/29 at Noon EDT.
They will be available at www.nativewarpaints.com.
25 will be available and we will go into a one week preorder after the first 25 sell out.
The first 25 will be shipped on 5/2 as I will not be returning from New York until late in the evening 5/1.
Preorders will take 2-3 weeks to ship.
The May Box will be available to be viewed at Polish Con but all purchases of the Box must be made on the website.

KBShimmer Launches All The Bright Moves, 6 Piece Neon Collection
"Did you spend your Saturday mornings watching Zach and Kelly? Did the Fresh Prince theme song play in your head while you begged for the latest Lisa Frank stickers? Were Caboodles and Trapper Keepers all the rage among your friends? Did you load your arms with jelly bracelets and died without your Aqua Net? Was your scrunchie collection the envy of your friends? If you answered yes, then you might be a child of the late 80s and early 90s."

I answered yes and then spent some time remembering other shows like Jem and the Holograms and Who's the Boss? Friendship pins, Reebok high tops in red, summers spent playing softball...

The KBShimmer All The Bright Moves collection has made me nostalgic and just look at the colors! Let these six neon shades take you back in time.



All polishes below are shown in two coats with topcoat - no white undies! Formula was fantastically buttery smooth for each, no streaking, dragging or staining.

Color Me Rad – The crelly cream is a shockingly bright watermelon color, a neon red with warm pink undertones. This juicy shade will have you longing for summer vacation, mix tapes, and 90210 reruns. Glows under a black light!
Not color accurate: The photo for this actually shot fairly true to color, but upon upload, blogger washed it out. Imagine it a fairly more saturated and bright version of the below.




Please Don’t Glow Girl – This blazing orange throwback shade has all the right stuff that neons should have, and glows under black light too!
Not color accurate: Neon oranges just don't seem to exist on the internet or in any photo I've shot with any camera. Sorry folks, just imagine a super bright retina searing orange!




All The Bright Moves – This vibrant, electric lemonade yellow shade glows under blacklight too!
Just like that super bright yellow highlighter, this just glows and is quite eye catching.
Fairly accurate color in the photos.




Race Against Slime – SThis neon green cream with its crelly like finish would have looked awesome holding your Ecto Cooler drink box. This shade glows under black light.
In LOVE with this shade, I wanted to lick it! Color is accurate in the photos, keep in mind device displays can vary.




Double Pog Dare You – Vibrant sky blue shade.

Let’s Be Frank – This red toned, electric violet purple is a blast from my Lisa Frank sticker filled past. Christy wrote fun descriptions with a personal spin so I edited most of them, but part of this one applied to me so I kept it. I loved Lisa Frank and I love purple, so this one is my favorite of the bunch, Slimer following closely behind. Color is accurate in the photos, keep in mind device displays can vary.




The All The Bright Moves collection will debut at Polish Con April 29th and will be available online beginning May 5th at KBShimmer.com and on Amazon.

Which shades are your favorite? It was a tough choice for me, as I absolutely love neons! But I'm going with purple and green, of course.
