Chaos & Crocodiles: Cheshire Rose

Another from the vault post today for a Chaos & Crocodiles HHC that I absolutely love! I don't recall when it was released, but I do see it around on the 2nd hand market on occasion.

Cheshire Rose is a beautifully done purply based holo with strong red to blue shifting holo flame and shimmer.





I wore two coats, but this one is quite opaque so one coat would suffice in a pinch for a quick paint and go mani.

Chaos & Crocodiles: A special gift

Sarey of Chaos & Crocodiles sent a special polish gift to me to brighten my day. It was a surprise, and I can see that she put a lot of thought and time into making it especially for me.



I love the lavender shade of purple and the holo / coppery flakie finish.



The labeling is a sweet sentiment, a single purple heart shaped sticker that sparkles.



The formula is fantastic, smooth, opaque in one coat. I love the bottle, cap and brush too.



If you haven't tried a C&C polish, you absolutely should on next restock.

Cupcake Polish: December Sweet Addictions Box

Cupcake's December Sweet Addictions Box theme is Frosty the Snowman and features an all-holo lineup from Elevation Polish, Chaos & Crocodiles and of course, Cupcake Polish.



Elevation's polish is called Eyes Made of Glimmering Coal. It has a charcoal base and is jam packed with holographic and iridescent pigments. I used two coats, which applied like butter, and topcoat for the photos.






Chaos & Crocodiles there's magic in the air is a beautiful shade of straight up blue linear holographic polish. The formula was smooth and was easy to control during application. I wore two coats with topcoat, but may have gotten away with just one coat had I applied a heavier coat.





Merry and Bright is Cupcake's polish in this box. It's a pretty red holo with gold shimmer which makes the overall effect lean a little coppery/orange-ish. This polish also has teeny tiny red glitters throughout and was surprisingly smooth after applied! I wore two coats and topcoat for the photos.
