LynB Designs: Nostalgic Vibes Collection

LynB Designs is launching the Nostalgic Vibes collection on June 13th and you can get half off with code NOSTALGIA through the 17th. The collection is a throwback to things from Jennalyn's childhood and maybe yours too! So many of these make me smile and reminisce so come with me on a trip down memory lane!




Bake It Easy- cool toned pink filled with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. I am totally remembering my Easy Bake Oven and how excited I was to make brownies all by myself!




Cup Full of Galaxy- violet base filled with holo shimmer and green to blue to indigo shifting shimmer. Ah the ol', and very well-known, 90's paper cup design! I know the design as "Jazz" - a broad teal crayon squiggle topped with a much narrower purple squiggle. The design was originally owned by Sweetheart which was bought by the current owner, Solo.




Grow Pixel Grow- royal blue to teal thermal with blue to indigo shifting shimmer. Giga Pets and Tamagotchi were loved by many! I didn't get to have one, but I enjoyed getting updates on my friends' pets.




I’ve Got Control Issues- pastel grey with red to orange shifting shimmer and added holo flakies. This one is definitely a shoutout to Nintendo from Jennalyn!




Kit and Caboodle- pastel purple to pale green thermal filled with tiny pink to orange to gold shifting flakies. Definitely a callback to the original makeup toolbox, Caboodles!




Let’s Be Frank- neon magenta base with gold to green to blue shifting shimmer. I collected SO many Lisa Frank stickers and stationery and still have some of it today!




Lix My Lips- soft indigo base with silver to green to lavender shifting magnetic pull and added holo flakies. Anyone remember the Bonne Bell Lip Lix? I had several of those and the Maybelline Kissing Potions, I still have more lip gloss/balms than I need. I am really loving the addition of the holo flake to the magnetic, it is stunning in velvet style!




So Juicy- almost neon pink jelly base loaded with indigo to purple to pink shifting shimmer. First thing that comes to my mind is Juicy Couture, super popular in the 2000's!




So Moody- navy blue base with pink to orange to green shifting magnetic pull and pinky purple glow in the dark. I think this polish is referring to a mood ring, which I definitely had at least one when I was a kid! Shown in velvet style.

All of my swatches are shown in two thick coats with topcoat and had no formula issues unless otherwise stated. All photography uses a neutral color temperature bulb and white background with white bounce card. My nails are natural with no enhancements and no blurring/cream base, I have a fairly prominent VNL.
