Turtle Tootsie Polish Con LEs

Are you excited about Polish Con!? I certainly am. And here's one more reason to get excited, Turtle Tootsie will be launching these limited edition polishes at Polish Con for $10 each or all three for $27.
They are limited in quantity, and any overstock will be listed in her shop after the event.

Each polish has a different finish and hue, a nice variety to choose from here!

Dream Big - An orange, rose and purple multichrome holographic polish. Can I just say wow? It's coppery, it looks orangey in some lights, almost red-brown in others and that purple shimmer is omg, then there's a big holo punch under bright lights. I wore two coats and topcoat - and this is my favorite of the three.

Sparkle Always - A black jelly polish with silver holo micro glitter and purple shimmer. I wore two coats and after topcoating was smooth and glassy. Formula was good and easy to apply.

Shine On - A turquoise blue linear holo polish with purple shimmer. This is bright like the sky and opaque in two coats. I did find this formula just a tad thick, but not unmanageable.

Hope to see you at Polish Con! I'll be wearing a big sparkly nametag that looks similar to my header image and watermark. Please introduce yourself if you see me! :)

Mistress of all evil - olive with flakes of blue green contrast shimmer with linear holo
And finally, a color often overlooked, green. It's a very nice wicked shade of green, don't you think?

For all the polishes in this collection I wore two coats, formula was smooth and fluid. For some, one heavy-ish coat would be plenty.
I also decided to stamp with them to see how that worked, since they seemed pretty opaque.

Road to Polish Con: Week 17 - The Final Week

xoxoJen - Official Polish Con Blogger
Unable to attend Polish Con NYC 2017?
Never fear! The creators and vendors of the event got together and are creating polishes available for sale to everyone before the Con! How cool is that?

This is the very last release of Road to Polish Con, it will go live on Sunday at 8am Central and run through the following Saturday.

Sunday's launch features week 17 polishes from Fair Maiden, Sassy Pants, and Bohemian Polish.

Fair Maiden Welcome to New York
A pale aqua holo with strong red shimmer, gold holographic micro glitter and chameleon glitter that shifts red-gold-green. I wore three coats for opacity, as it was a bit sheer for my painting style, then topped with topcoat.

Sassy Pants Stuck at Home with my Helmer
A red shimmer polish with holographic flakies in a jelly base. I wore two coats with topcoat for photos.

Bohemian Polish The Streets are Paved with Diamonds
A charcoal linear holo inspired by the song "New York City" by Cub, made famous by They Might Be Giants. The song is a love letter to the city and says the streets are "paved with diamonds," which stuck with Jen from Bohemian. "I wanted to write a love letter to the city that anyone who couldn't make it to PC could send." I wore two coats with topcoat, formula was quick to dry so minimal strokes are recommended for this one.
