Hula Moon: Mahalo For 10 Years

HHC's 10 year anniversary is this February's sale!! It takes place February 14-21 at the Hella Handmade Creations shop. Hula Moon (the owner of HHC's brand) made a special polish for it!


Mahalo for 10 Years is a magenta jelly packed full of flakes and holographic glitter that dance through an array of colors as the light shines on them.




All of my swatches are shown in two thick coats with topcoat and had no formula issues unless otherwise stated. All photography uses a neutral color temperature bulb and white background with white bounce card. My nails are natural with no enhancements and no blurring/cream base, I have a fairly prominent VNL.

Breast Cancer Awareness Box 2023: Hula Moon - Lean On Me

The Breast Cancer Awareness Box, or BCA Box, was designed by Chrissy of Hearts & Promises. This year marks the 6th annual box which launches in September with various products. Purchases can be made for single items, a partial box, or all items "full box". A donation for each item sold will be made to BCRF.org. A variety of items may include nail polish, pens, jewelry, soap and much more!

Each of the items feature something pink in them to match the Breast Cancer ribbon color.

Show your support with Hula Moon's Lean On Me nail polish! A vibrant pink base is loaded with a stunning copper to gold to blue shifting shimmer which can be seen under varying light and angles. My camera is really picking up the blue glow the most, but don't let my photos fool you. There are other shifts to be seen in this beauty! Shown in 2 coats with Ricos topcoat from Hula Moon.
Lean On Me is capped at 200 bottles (50 for boxes and 150 individuals).

Hula Moon: Forty Nine Angels (for HHC)

Hula Moon created Forty Nine Angels for the forty nine people that lost their lives in the Pulse Night Club in Orlando, Florida on June 12th, 2016 in a senseless massacre.

The polish is the first Hula Moon to be released on the HHC platform and 30% of all money collected from its sale is being donated. Hula Moon chose the onePULSE Foundation that was created after the tragedy, whose mission is four pronged. Their goals are to create and support a memorial that opens hearts, a museum that opens minds, educational programs that open eyes, and legacy scholarships that open doors.
The polish release at Hella Handmade Creations (HHC) website is on June 14.




Forty Nine Angels is a vibrant pink polish with a contrast pigment that pops aqua and small amounts of blurple.
Cap 100
Shown in two coats with Hula Moon's Ricos topcoat and then a Quick dry topcoat. As I painted it on, I could see sparks of blues and purples within the shimmer. As I wore the polish it flashed at me like satin sheets being moved around. Such a beautiful polish whose base morphs light to dark and sometimes even a tad purple-leaning, depending on the lighting.
