White Cap has a kind of duochromeyness to it which I think you can see in this photo. It's a white base but at some angles it looks kind of blue or purple and the shimmer is gold so you see this cool tone then a warm flash - totally neat!

I've had a love/hate relationship with my Seche Vite fast drying top coat because it can cause major shrinkage, especially with polish that has a metallic substance in it like glitter or shimmer. I recently purchased a strengthener for my mom, which came with this other fast dry top coat called Quicken. I've never read reviews or seen mention of it on the nail board but thought I'd give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! I think I'm in love! Its fast, its shiny, it stays shiny and best of all NO SHRINKAGE!!! I'm going to continue using it to make sure its not just beginner's luck. ;)
Ross is the place for the Quicken, it comes with the Nailtek 2 for about 4 bucks! If it plays well with others, then I'm switching for good. ^.^ fingers and toes crossed!
