Libra (The Scales) is LynB's polish of the month launching Oct 13 at https://lynbdesigns.store/.

Libra is a deep teal jelly polish with blue to purple shifting micro flakie shimmer which looks like a cyan to teal to blue shift because of the teal base. The formula was smooth and opaque in three coats. No issues to report.
