The LynB Designs customs collection for January is called Michigan Mysteries. A beautifully done set of 9 polishes with shifting shimmers, flakes, thermals and holos in a variety of colors! Polishes are shown in two coats with topcoat on natural nails in white lighting. Formula is easy to apply, no issues.


Beach of Singing Sands- sandy taupe base with blue to purple shifting shimmer




Eben Ice Caves- intense cerulean blue base with aqua to blue to purple shifting shimmer- May stain




How A-Paulding… Light- pale ghostly green crelly base with intense green to blue to purple shifting shimmer




Le Griffon- warm chocolate brown with orange to green shifting microflakie shimmer and added holo sparkle




Michigan’s Triangle- gunmetal to red to purple shifting thermal base with intense pink to red shifting shimmer and added holo flakies




Mishipeshu- The Great Lynx- deep plum jelly base filled with blue to purple shifting shimmer




Old Presque Isle Lighthouse Keeper- greyed out denim base with red to orange to gold shifting shimmer and added micro holo sparkle




Swamp Gas Or Dancing Orbs?- creamy pink base with aqua to purple shifting shimmer




Witch’s Ball- smoky teal base with pink to green shifting shimmer

LynB Designs: Chocolate Box

LynB Designs is bringing us a Chocolate Box Quad on January 12. A concept born from the collaborative ideas of @polished_flatline and I. I teased one of these in the fangroup quite a while back and here they all are! These will be available individually or as a boxed set. I recommend the set, the packaging for the box is super cute!




Bittersweet- warm toned pinky brown with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. This and Milk Chocolate may appear similar but they really are quite different. What they have in common is the shimmer is the same, but the bases are different colors. This one is more of a mauve base color and Milk Chocolate is more brown. The camrea picks up the shimmer in both as 'pink' under my studio lights but you can see the shift best in Milk Chocolate. Loving all the work appropriate shades in this box.




Milk- chocolate brown with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. Just look at all those shifts!! As mentioned above, you can really see the shift in these shots the best, and looking closely you can see the brown base peeking out here and there.




Ruby- juicy red with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. That golden shift tho! This one looks almost metallic too.




White- creamy white base with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer

LynB Designs: Flaming Zombie (Throwback)

LynB Designs has started a new monthly series called Throwbacks! In this series she took a poll from her fan group to see what polishes they would like to have brought back in a 2.0 version. The very first one is here!

Flaming Zombie 2.0 - a jungle green to neon lime green thermal filled with red to orange shifting flakies. Shown in three coats with topcoat, good formula, no issues to report. I am loving this shade which will be perfect for St. Patrick's Day festivities and to avoid getting pinched!
