Blush for Polish Pick Up: Lasso The Moon

The theme for April's Polish Pick Up is Across the Universe - Planets & Galaxies.
Victoria from Blush created a lunar-ific polish! Her inspiration is "It's A Wonderful Life" - specifically the scene where George tells Mary that he'll lasso the moon for her.
*While this is a black and white movie, she went with her own dreamy idea of the moon to go along with George's endearing sentiment of capturing the moon for Mary.

Lasso The Moon
A soft silvery-taupe base with a violet-blue shimmer, holographic pigment and holo flakes.






The formula is fantastic and almost a one coater, but I used two in the photos. The Blush brush is amazing as always. If you have not tried Blush you need to just for the brush! What better time than now with the beautifully glowy shimmery polish!? I don't think I have seen one quite as glowy as this. Lit from within!

Shimmer Me Box: April Showers

The theme for the next Shimmer Me Box is April Showers and its release is on 3/30, at Native War Paints. The guest this month is Ever After, who has created a cornflower blue polish with shimmer.

Prismatic holo with white shimmer and silver ultra micro glitters.






Tux Let's Dew Spring
Medium Teal with green holo glitter and contrasting purple shimmer.

This is much more of a teal than my camera was able to capture. The polish is not this blue. :)




Ever After Singing In The Rain
a denim leaning slate blue with white a blue shimmer and a touch of holo





All photos show two coats with topcoat. The formula was fluid on all but the Ever After polish, I found it to be thick with drag in some spots, so I added a few drops of thinner for my second coat.

Turtle Tootsie for Polish Pick Up: Bolide

The theme for April's Polish Pick Up is Across the Universe - Planets & Galaxies. Chrissy from Turtle Tootsie created a magnetic galaxy in a bottle! It even comes with a magnet!

Bolide
a dark chocolate brown magnetic polish that shimmers a light brown when using the included magnet to bring the pigment to the surface. It’s accented with silver holographic micro glitter. Photos show two coats, and the formula was great!
