The Tonic Spring 2020 collection releases May 1, 2020 at 2:00pm Central at the

They're bringing it full force with a set of I'm So Fancy Base Coats, A trio of core Neon Brights, their
very first glitter topper and heaps of shifty shimmery polishes. Tonic plans to keep all these new items in stock through the end of the summer and possibly into fall.
Neon Brights
This lineup is a fun new collection joining the Tonic Core Colors. The formulas for all of them are amazingly smooth, creamy and easy to apply. Absolutely no chalkiness or streaking. I don't know how she did it, but these are perfection!
La Playa
Bright cerulean teal that reminds Lindsey of the deep, clear tropical waters off the coast of one of her favorite ever places to visit: Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Ectoplasm
Like the slimy green stuff that drips from a mischievous poltergeist. Neon yellow-green. Would make a perfect undie for Glowy Joe.

False Alarm!
Lindsey named this for The Weeknd song that pops into her head every time she saw this color, neon coral.

Display devices do not have this color in the spectrum, but imagine the most bright neon shade of coral - like a traffic cone's brightness with a touch of pink to make it coral. I'm showing this in both darker lighting and my regular lighting to try and help show its vibrancy. Shown in two coats with topcoat, but one coat was opaque.
I'm So Fancy Base Coats
A new Tonic Original Concept! These colors were developed with several uses in mind as Lindsey describes below:
-Don't have time for a full manicure but don't like having "naked" nails? Each Tonic "I'm So Fancy" (ISF) base coat is a sweet, sheer color that could be worn in one quick & easy coat that dries quickly and doesn't require top coat so your nails can be ready to go in just a few minutes!
-Love the color in the bottle? ISF base coats can be built up in several coats to wear as you would a regular polish! (Some colors may drag a bit with additional coats so try to set each coat dry fully before applying the next, and paitn with a quick, light hand and minimize the number of strokes used to paint each nail).
-Love the look you get with some polish colors when swatched on a white swatch stick but disappointed when you can't recreate the same color look on your natural human-colored nails? ISF base coats can create a blank canvas on your nails and diminish the intensity of VNL (Visible Nail Line) for semi-sheer nail polish colors!
-OR try using ISF base coats under glitter and shimmer toppers to create a new look!
-Made with the same base formula of the original "French Undies" Tonic base coat!
I'm So Sweet
Sheer base with pink shimmer. Use one coat as a base for your manicure, one coat for a quick hint of color, or build a few layers for a delicate, translucent manicure look.
Shown is two coats on my index and middle nails, one coat on ring and pinky nails. I found this very easy to apply and I didn't have any dragging occur on second coat.
I'm So Chill
Sheer blue shimmer base coat. Use one coat as a base for your manicure, one coat for a quick hint of color, or build a few layers for a delicate, translucent manicure look.
Shown is two coats on my index and middle nails, one coat on ring and pinky nails. I found this very easy to apply and I didn't have any dragging occur on second coat but I did notice a slightly thicker viscosity as compared to I'm So Sweet.
Spring 2020 Collection
Lindsey developed and named these shades in the hopes of being a fun reprieve from the anxiety, sorrow, and fear we may feel during difficult times.
Laugh With Me
Tonic's very first glitter topper and it's made with a sense of humor. Packed with solid matte star shaped glitters in coral, yellow, aqua, periwinkle, and white. So much fun to wear over bright colors!

Fire Heart
Deep blurple jelly with bright pink to green shifting shimmer flecks!
***DISCLAIMER*** Lindsey heard rumors that the dye used to make this color may fade over time. She loves the color so much she decided to release it anyway to be enjoyed in its original form for as long as possible. And to look forward to the potential surprise of the color evolving into something new and unexpected! To help lower the risk of fading, store your polish in a cool dark place.

Giddy-Up!
Red-saddle brown with a strong blue shimmer flash that includes a light scattering of matching iridescent flakes.

Waterlily
Palest minty blue with green shimmer flash that shifts to a soft pink.
Such a soft aqua shade. It makes me think of Monet's paintings! Shown in two coats on index and middle nails, and in one coat over I'm So Chill on ring and pinky nails.
What Dreams
Periwinkle blue base with super strong coral-orange-yellow-green shifting shimmer.

Dragonet
Dark denim blue with super strong coral-orange-yellow-green shifting shimmer, like a darker cousin to What Dreams.

Mystic Moon
Soft-ish blurple jelly base with tons of super shifty peach-yellow-green shimmer flecks!
Yaaaaaaasss! This is 'that girl'! Beautiful and delicate over the fancy base, bold and striking on its own. Shown in two coats on index and middle nails, and in one coat over I'm So Sweet on ring and pinky nails.
Sweet Dreams
Soft pink-peach-yellow shifting shimmer with a hint of lavender-grey base and a very light sprinkle of holo star glitters. The stars are like a hidden treasure: you may only get a few on your whole manicure, but if you aren't in the mood for glitter they could potentially be avoided altogether.
I'd say you'll get one to two stars per coat of polish. These are not placed, what you see is what I got! Shown in two coats on index and middle nails, and in one coat over I'm So Sweet on ring and pinky nails.
