Ex-Static is a white glitter topper that perfectly complements the faded neon ceams, creating a manicures with endless possibilities! The blend of white shred, dot, mini star, square, and hex glitters mimics a static-like effect. Each of these is finished with Smooth Moves and then Clearly On Top for a glassy look.




All of my swatches are shown in two to three thick coats with Clearly On Top topcoat. The neons had the typical pastel type formula, meaning that some patchiness or pulling is to be expected. The best way to apply these is swiping once down the nail as you create each coat, avoid going over the same area with the brush until the coat is mostly dry.
